We offer a 30 Day return policy. On account of contamination and disease prevention to strictly comply to Veterinary Health Policy and our clients concerns. We can only offer refunds or returns for custom products that were received damaged and Sizing exchanges for Unworn items without hair on it, once the product has been sent back to us to our offices in Los Angeles, CA. We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind on the product. All of our products have different custom size guides, since these are custom items and unique. THEY DO NOT FIT LIKE TYPICAL STANDARD SIZES. They typically run small though. At the end of each photo collection there is a size guide, scroll through the photos and its typically the last PHOTO. ALL SIZES ARE IN CM.
If you do want to exchange the order, you can send your unworn item, in new condition, with no hair on it back to us. Once received we can send out another one to you. If you would like us to send a return label, that is not a problem at all as well, we can do that for you. Please include a NOTE with your order number and what you would like to exchange it for prior to emailing us at email@example.com. Thank you for your business!
